Mr. Migliorino started our School Services division in July, 2005. Jim holds the following degrees: BSED, Ohio University and MSED from the University of Akron.

Jim’s 40 years of experience in the public school sector includes:

• 10 years with Mohave Educations Services Cooperative as its CFO and Executive Director
• 10 years as a School Business Official in Arizona
• 5 years as a School Business Official in Washington State
• 10 years as a School Business Official in Ohio
• 5 years as a teacher

He has been affiliated with the Arizona Association of School Business Officials (AASBO) and ASHIP during his career in Arizona.

He brings the following areas of expertise to our public school clients:
